• Unauthorized copying or commercial reproduction of our artwork constitutes a violation of the Copyright Act, 1957.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We take meticulous care to ensure our digital catalogue accurately displays t-shirt colors, fabric attributes, and print dimensions. However:

• Color Accuracy: Actual garment and screen-print shades may vary slightly due to device screen calibrations, monitor brightness, and photographic studio lighting.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on www.evoxx.in are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST).
• Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to revise prices, discounts, or promotions at our sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

Orders may be placed directly through our WhatsApp Quick-Order system or via our verified Amazon.in storefront.

• An order is considered accepted once payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification is completed by our desk.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of unforeseen inventory shortages, incorrect pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Deliveries

Shipping timelines, delivery fees, and order dispatch conditions are governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Returns, Replacements & Sizing Exchanges

Return, exchange, and cancellation requests are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
