1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are queued for same-day or next-day fulfillment.
- Every t-shirt undergoes a rigorous 4-point quality inspection (stitching, graphic print clarity, collar elasticity, and biowash fabric softness) prior to packing.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public national holidays are dispatched on the subsequent business day.
2. Delivery Estimates Across India
Once dispatched from our fulfillment facility, typical transit times are as follows:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days.

As soon as your package is scanned by our courier partner, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct tracking URL via WhatsApp and SMS. You can monitor the real-time status of your parcel until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Delays
